At the beginning of 2017, owners Steve Ware and Ross Pavey, who having been running Gas & Plumb Bits, an independent Heating, Hot Water & Plumbers Merchant for over a decade; put their heads together and decided to put all of their knowledge into their own independent bathroom showroom - with their signature friendly customer service, and the relevant expertise to back it up, The Bath Works was born.

The first showroom based in Bournemouth, Dorset laid the pathway to this new venture and has fulfilled many customers vision of their completed bathroom projects. Then, at the beginning of 2018, with the success of the Bournemouth Showroom, they opened a further Showroom in New Milton, Hampshire, along with another branch of Gas & Plumb Bits. This particular Showroom being vast and includes three large rooms all incorporating various bathroom displays.
