A fast-growing independent business specialising in bathrooms, heating, plumbing and renewable energy are seeking to bring on an experienced full time Bathroom Designer to join their flagship store in New Milton, Hampshire.
The successful Bathroom Designer will need to be responsible for producing initial concept ideas on computer software following on from customer meetings to then working closely with each client throughout the whole process. You will need to work well with individual retail customers, bathroom installers/plumbers and interior designers. You will have a fantastic creative skill set, along with the tenacity and drive to succeed and build strong relationships with your customers. You will need to be a team player and work well with every level member within the business.
Your core duties will be:
Create inspiring designs using Virtual World software
Arrange home visits to measure up
Provide plans and quotations
Build excellent customer rapport and include those customers throughout the design process
Competent in managing client expectations
Continually follow up your own quotations and close on sales
This is a full-time role Monday – Friday with some Saturdays (rota). 20 days annual leave plus Bank holidays. Competitive salary dependant on experience.

Full Time Delivery Driver
New Milton, Hampshire
A fast-growing independent business specialising in bathrooms, heating, plumbing and renewable energy are seeking to bring on a full time Delivery Driver to join their flagship store in New Milton, Hampshire.
The successful applicant will need to be responsible for booking in and checking incoming stock, scheduling and planning their delivery routes whilst liaising with the team and customers. Chasing up suppliers if inbound deliveries are delayed. Contacting customers to book in deliveries and managing customer expectations.
There will be lifting involved of bathroom products, tiles and boilers; so you will need to be of a good fitness level. Therefore, this role would be suitable for somebody who is ex-military, police etc. You will have a strong attention to detail which will mean that your team of colleagues can depend on you to methodically book in inbound stock from suppliers and chase up outstanding deliveries, so you will need to be confident on the phone as well as face to face whilst seeing customers.
You will need to have a full and clean UK drivers license and basic knowledge of IT.
The role is full-time Monday – Friday. 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
